V Modern Italian

Introducing our own Livit modern Italian restaurants, V Modern Italian and V Pizza. Back in 2017, we wanted to "walk the walk" and understand the challenges by opening our own restaurants. We use our restaurants as test labs to trial the latest solutions as well as investigate the use of technology in F&B. By combining QSR operational efficiency with affordable prices in a fine-dining setting, we proved that style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value. Having future-proofed our concepts for profitability, efficiency, and scalability, we are now franchising our restaurants, which are currently operating in more than four countries.
