Gobi

Gobi is a dining concept located in the United Arab Emirates at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. The project brings together two distinct yet connected spaces: a rooftop designed to capture the desert sunsets and a flexible restaurant that transitions seamlessly from lunch to dinner. Its modern Asian-inspired menu, with strong Japanese influences, features sushi, sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls, dumplings, curries, seafood and premium meats. The menu is served in an intimate, relaxed and sophisticated setting, created to deliver an authentic luxury experience in the heart of the desert. Set within the protected surroundings of Al Wadi, Gobi offers a vibrant experience deeply connected to the landscape. What began as the challenge of creating one of the resort’s most versatile dining outlets ultimately evolved into an emerging Zuma-inspired destination.
